These terms apply to albrightfamilydental.com and our online appointment booking page. By using the site or booking an appointment through it, you agree to them.
Booking appointments online
Our booking page lets you request an appointment at Albright Family Dental. The times shown come from our live schedule, and your appointment is created when you complete the booking and receive a confirmation.
Please give accurate information. We use your name, date of birth, and phone number to match you to an existing patient record or create a new one, and wrong information can mean a missed or duplicated appointment.
If you need to change or cancel, call the office at (425) 267-3333. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time to another patient.
Not for emergencies
Our booking page is not monitored in real time and is not a way to reach us urgently. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. For a dental emergency outside our hours, call the office at (425) 267-3333 and follow the instructions on our voicemail.
Text message terms
Program description. Albright Family Dental sends one-time verification codes and appointment confirmations by text to patients who book online. This is a transactional program. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
How you enroll. You enroll by entering your mobile number on our booking form and checking the consent box. Consent is not required to receive dental care or to book by phone.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one to two messages per booking.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages. To rejoin, book again and check the consent box.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or call the office at (425) 267-3333.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may be delayed or blocked by factors outside our control. Do not rely on a text message as your only reminder of an appointment.
Your number. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Supported devices. Text messages require a mobile phone capable of receiving SMS. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us so we do not text someone else.
Site content
Information on this site is general and is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for an examination. Nothing here creates a dentist-patient relationship on its own — that begins when you become a patient of the practice.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Fees, hours, insurance participation, and services can change.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
